Automotive Industry Core Tools Awareness and Internal Auditing

The Automotive Quality Core Tools are the main pillars of an effective IATF 16949 based quality management system. They include Advanced Product Quality Planning & Control Plan (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).

This one day training session is designed to provide IATF Internal Auditors with basic understanding of APQP concepts, PPAP requirements, and application of FMEA, SPC and MSA Core Tools. Common mistakes and issues with implementation of Automotive Core Tools within the IATF 16949:2016 certified management systems will be discussed in detail.
