ISO 9001:2015 Awareness and Internal Auditor

DAY 1 Awareness – Designed to provide participants with a basic knowledge of the concepts and requirements of the new ISO 9001:2015 standard, including process-based risk assessment and sustainability management. During this first day of training, required steps to implement quality management systems in accordance with the standard, will be discussed in detail.

DAY 2 Internal Auditing – Designed to teach participants how to interpret the requirements of the new ISO 9001:2015 standard as well as develop skills to conduct an effective internal audit using the process approach, and focusing audit investigations on risk management, sustainability management and process performance.
