Management reviews are the last step of the Management Systems implementation process and are also required by the IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 standards in order to achieve the Certification. Regardless of the standard requirements, effective Management Reviews are crucial in any organization for developing and communicating strategic policies and long-term plans and actions as well as monitoring operational performance of the organization and managing actions in order to achieve short term gals. Top Management and Management Team involvement is mandatory. This activity may be facilitated by the BD Consulting or performed by the management team alone.
