Problem Solving Training Automotive Industry Approach

The Automotive Industry demands effective and efficient reaction to product, process and management system non-conformances. Quick, short term solutions, “band-aids” approach and dealing with symptoms instead of root causes is not acceptable. Problem solving must include effective identification of root causes and implementation of preventive actions as well as ways to ensure lessons learned are incorporated into management systems.

This one-day workshop provides attendees with an excellent foundation and set of tools and techniques for Problem Solving in a typical Automotive Manufacturing business environment. The participants will practice these tools in exercise sessions using a real automotive industry issues related to product, process and management system levels.
