Basic awareness of all employees about the IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 Standards requirements and the structure and documentation developed in the previous steps is essential for their engagement and effective implementation of the QMS/EMS/HSMS. Training sessions are recommended to be 30-60 minutes in length and should ensure that all employees are included. Sessions should be in group’s sizes which would ensure participation and enhance learning.
