This International multi-site automotive manufacturing organization was opening a brand-new facility and was going through massive hiring process at all levels, from top management team to various process owners, and all the way down to manufacturing floor supervisors and operators.
BD Consulting was initially hired to provide basic IATF 16949 awareness training to management team but very quickly became valuable source for all other training needs such as how to develop effective Quality and Environmental management Systems documentation, how to use Automotive Core Tools and Problem-Solving methodologies in their every day activities and how to perform process and performance based Internal Audits. What started as one time training service became a long-term relationship for over ten years.
